XYZ Mart is a convenience store in Tulungagung regency. Founded 2012, this designed to serve the daily needs of surrounding residents. In addition, also caters for families visiting patients at hospital front Mart. Along with growth, there are more and customers, so demand. To handle increasing demand, has increase its inventory goods. Problems arise when number goods keep while space does not. Therefore, order avoid overstocking or understocking, research planning conducted determine optimal an order. The method used optimization Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) calculate most ordered. anticipate uncertainty Safety Stock (SS) used. average demand per year based on historical data, as basis EOQ SS calculations, Monte Carlo simulation expected outcome provide recommendations how much must be ordered that can optimally use limited inventory.
